Hi, I am Mike Tansey, Author of the websites listed on this site and also of this site itself. My passion to which i dedicate many hours a day to is of course, web design and web development.
How Did I Arrive Here?
Since working with Computers for years, troubleshooting, Repairing and upgrading them I became more and more interested in the software side of the computer industry. Studying to develop my web design/development skills in any spare time after work gave me an understanding worthy of writing a basic website. Determination and lots of late nights have allowed my skills to develop since then. I'm still learning new things everyday, I'll consider myself amateur for quite some years to come.
My Outlook
My outlook for the next few years is to develop an ever growing catalogue of websites which all provide some kind of free content. Providing that content can be paid for elsewhere, I'll consider it a worthy project.
My Ultimate Dream...
My dream is to become CEO of a large global web based company i've developed over years from scratch. A company known for providing some of the worlds favorite websites without ever charging a customer a penny. The biggest players online, YouTube, Google, MySpace etc.. Generate all or most of their revenue via publishers paying to display ads on their sites. This is also my hope.
